How long will it take to get a reply?

We aim to reply to all of our enquiries as soon as possible. If we are yet to get back to you after 2 working days, please feel free to contact us on 0191 6490532.

To help speed things up please provide as much information as possible in your enquiry. If you are requesting an estimate please include the name of the veranda(s) you are interested in as well as:

Width
Projection
Roof type
Any extras you would like
Wall-mounted or freestanding

And please provide pictures of the area would like the installation to sales@northeastverandas.co.uk

How long does an installation take?

A typical installation will generally take 1-2 days depending on size. Freestanding installations may take 3+ days.

How long will it take for an installation to start?

A typical lead time is around 4-6 weeks (excluding holidays).

What materials do you use for the structure?

We use high quality aluminium in all of our verandas to provide strength and durability with a premium look and feel.

What glass roofing do you provide?

We believe in safety and quality. Therefore our glass-roofed verandas use 8.8mm laminated safety glass, conforming to all industry standards and guidelines

What Polycarbonate roofing do you provide?

As standard we provide a strong and durable 16mm triple wall polycarbonate in clear or opal (opaque). We also offer Bronze or Ultra-Clear as an added extra
